Anakin Skywalker, also known as Darth Vader, was a Jedi knight and later a Sith lord. He was the husband of Padmé Amidala and the father of Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia.
He is played by Jake Lloyd in Episode I, by Hayden Christensen in Episodes II, III, and VI, by James Earl Jones (voice only) in Episodes III through VI, by David Prowse in Episodes IV through VI, by Sebastian Shaw in Episode VI, and by Matt Lanter in The Clone Wars.
